MUSHROOM TARTS
Mushroom Tarts
(16 tarts)
INGREDIENTS (for the tarts):
• 600 gr. flour
• 300 gr. butter cut into small cubes
• ½ cup water
• A little salt
• Pepper
• Sugar
INGREDIENTS (for the stuffing):
• 1 kg sliced mushrooms
• 250 gr. crumbled feta cheese
• 200 gr. Gouda cheese, grated
• 150 ml cream
• A little parmesan
• 2 eggs
• salt
• pepper
• nutmeg
• 6 onions cut in slices
DIRECTIONS:
For the tarts :
Mix the ingredients well in a bowl to create the dough. Spread dough with rolling pin and cut into round shape to fit our tart form. Spread the dough in a form or mini forms. Pierce lightly with a fork to stop from puffing and bake at 180o C for 20 minutes.

For the stuffing :
Sauté the mushrooms and onions well and drain. In a bowl beat the eggs and add the cheese, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and mushrooms. Mix well and place the mixture over the tarts. Replace in oven at 180o C for half an hour.
Serve with strained yogurt.
