KOPANISTI
Sea Side "kopanisti"
Cheese cream with mixed pepper SERVED WITH GARLIC STICKS
(serves 4)
INGREDIENTS:
• 400 gr. Feta
• 50 gr. pine nuts
• 50 gr. slightly sun-dried tomato
• 100 gr. Strained yoghurt
• 2 small chillies
• 100 gr. oil
• 1 sprig green onion
• Parsley
• Freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until homogenous.
Recommended serving :
Make pouches from cheesecloth and fill with the kopanisti. Place the stuffed pouch on a plate next to a bowl of olive oil, green olives, capers, and toasted garlic bread.
