Seaside by Notos: Youthful and dreamy with an exotic feeling, elegance and unique flavours. What’s the story behind all this?
Of course, it’ all about fun and enthusiasm. It all started when three people who worship music, food, and Santorini’s uniqueness, joined efforts and skills to create a gourmet beach restaurant. These are none other but its owners, Tassos Baxarides, Socrates Konstantelis and Maria Christofidou. They designed and built the decor and created the menu themselves, based on their experiences and style.
Seaside by Notos opened in 2004 at the edge of the beach of Perivolos, creating a unique sophisticated space that brings together the enfants gâtés of Santorini and many VIPs; from the morning, with coffee, juices, cocktails and lunch on the beach, to pre-dinner cocktails enjoying the sunset, and dinner with the full flavours of the chef Tassos Baxarides.
