The truly talented Tassos graduated from the faculty of tourism professions and trained in Istanbul, where he specialized in seafood. He attended cooking seminars in Germany and the Netherlands, specializing in fowl and contemporary creative cuisine. Every winter, he travels around the world to collect interesting recipes.
