Exuberant, talented, the chef-owner Tassos Baxaridis is the quintessential ambassador of his stylish, relaxed seaside lounge. The soul of Seaside by Notos, he recommends the best dishes, welcomes guests, supervises the kitchen, and even creates some of the recipes.
The truly talented Tassos graduated from the faculty of tourism professions and trained in Istanbul, where he specialized in seafood. He attended cooking seminars in Germany and the Netherlands, specializing in fowl and contemporary creative cuisine. Every winter, he travels around the world to collect interesting recipes. Jovial and hospitable, a traveller by nature, he has created a menu that will take you on a journey to the four corners of the earth; he seeks a balance between tradition and the secrets of the Mediterranean, often with surprising exotic touches.
