DEVILISH AVOCADO
Devilish Avocado
(serves 4)
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 eggs hard-boiled
• 2 avocados
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 onion
• A dash of Tabasco
• ½ hot pepper
• ½ green pepper
• Chopped parsley
• 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Salt
• Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, puree the eggs, onions, peppers, garlic, parsley and olive oil. Cut avocados in half, remove pit and flesh and pour lemon juice to prevent the avocado from darkening. Puree the flesh and mix well with the previous mixture. In the end add the breadcrumbs to bind the mixture. Fill the avocado and serve.
